Covidence is a system for managing and co-creating systematic reviews. The HSE has an institutional subscription and you can set up an account if you have a valid email address.

If you wish to set up an account click here and enter your HSE email address. Next, click the link you receive in your email inbox. Then either sign up for a new account or else login if you already have a Covidence account. Your account will automatically be linked to the HSE organisational subscription.

N.B. If you don't have a HSE email address and need to use another email address please contact one of the following Covidence administrators:

Once you have set up an account please sign in here.

Full instructions for the HSE Covidence institutional account are available here.

Creating a review using HSE Library’s unlimited licence

Once signed in, after clicking the link “Create new review” you will have the option to use your personal account licence or select the HSE Library account.

Reviews created under the institutional license will be visible to the administrators of the HSE Library Covidence account. Your personal account review(s) will only be seen by you.

N.B. Administrators can only see the title of your review and not see any citations imported by you.
