The National Health Library and Knowledge Service (NHLKS) is made up of a national team of librarians and library staff. We work to ensure that the best possible research and evidence underpins decision making and advances patient care in the health service.
In order to access the HSE Library's electronic resources, you must have an OpenAthens account.
'OpenAthens' is a one-stop shop to the wide range of electronic resources provided by the National Health Library & Knowledge Service. These include electronic books, electronic journals, bibliographic databases and point-of-care tools.
Having an OpenAthens account means that a single login will unlock all our electronic resources.
